The Protektio platform grew out of the need to quickly scale non-life insurance sales into large numbers. It started with arranging insurance online and continued to the stage where we essentially became a fully digital insurance company without an insurance license. Since Protektio was created as a robust and extremely fast API server, any block of the claims module can be connected anywhere. For example, you can transfer information between your ERP or any in-house system, but you can also link certain parts to your partners and clients. At the same time, you can effectively monitor the performance of your claims handlers, with literally tons of useful data, statistics and exports at your disposal. In addition, we store absolutely everything, every click, every change in the status of a claim, every SMS or email in the claim detail. This comes in handy in case of disputes, but also for control.

The Protektio Platform Settings section may not so much be a section as an application within an application. The scope of what can be set up in Protektio is so broad that you could run an entire insurance company on our platform. Virtually anything can be set up, in the greatest depth and in the smallest detail. To give you an idea. It all starts with setting up the languages, currencies, countries, banks and users of the app, including setting up user rights. Then insurance companies are defined for the given areas, countries and languages and insurance products, i.e. insurance products, risks are added to them.
